Ability to Copy Project Settings
In Timetracker 4.9, your current project’s work item settings have moved to a separate menu under the “Configuration” tab: “Work Item Automation”.
These settings can now be applied to other projects or group of projects with the click of a button! Simply click “Apply & Copy to Other Projects” and then select the specific projects you want to copy the settings to on the resulting pop-up window.
Also in our latest release, a new “Created Date” field has been added to Times Explorer (as an optional column), the Budgets Export and our API, allowing you to see exactly when every work log was created.
Additionally, continued performance improvements have been made to Timetracker’s server side tracking service and on the Timesheet page, which now allows for the changing of filters during page loads.
Data Reloads on “Time” Tab When Switching Work Items
TFS 2018 Integration fixes were made with respect to data not reloading on the “Time” tab when switching to another work item with the same work item type in the queries list.
We fixed the pairing issue with the Windows Client in the Edge browser (in some environments it wasn’t pairing) and also improved the connectivity of the Windows Client.
We made other notable fixes throughout the application and on each tab of Timetracker. For the full list of improvements, fixes, and details in this and all other releases, please check out our release articles here: https://support.7pace.com/hc/en-us/sections/115000080746-Release-History
