Set and Assign Approval Managers in Release 4.27

You asked and we deliver – approval manager functionality now exists in the 4.27 release of 7pace Timetracker. Team members with any user role can be added as an Approval Manager or Global Approval Manager by a 7pace Timetracker administrator.

Members of your team can now easily select to whom they want to send their timesheets for approval.

Select your Approval Manager from the “Time Approval” popup window

Assigned approval managers can then see the timesheets that have been sent to them for approval.

Approval Managers will just see timesheets awaiting their approval on the “Approval” page

Global Approval Managers can see all timesheets that have been sent to every Approval Manager.

Global Approval Managers see timesheets awaiting their approval and timesheets that have been assigned to other Approval Managers on the “Approval” page

Please note that if you are a 7pace Timetracker administrator, you will automatically see timesheets assigned to you and timesheets assigned to other Approval Managers.
